The Reel-to-Reel Counting System is a self-contained table top device equipped with a pre-set counter. The Labelmate RRC-330-U-ACH can accommodate rolls with a maximum size of 330mm. The unwind shaft features a 'quick-change shaft' mechanism, enabling rapid adjustments to the core holder diameter (with options of 38, 40, 44, 50, 70, 76, and 100mm). The take-up shaft can handle cores ranging from 25 to 101mm in diameter.
The RRC-330-U-ACH employs an ultrasonic fork detector, allowing it to accurately count various label types, including transparent and dark labels.
Designed for prolonged, everyday usage, the RRC-330-U-ACH is backed by Labelmate's renowned 3-Year Parts and Labour Limited Warranty (with a 1-Year warranty on power supplies), ensuring trouble-free performance.
