Labelmate CAT-40G Rewinder

The Labelmate CAT-40G operates with a gear motor drive to enhance torque, making it capable of accommodating larger rolls with a diameter of up to 400mm. Additionally, the CAT-40G is designed to handle labels of varying widths, including 170mm, 220mm, or 270mm.

This model boasts a durable 'Quick-Chuck' core chuck, ensuring swift and secure loading and unloading of cores and label rolls. The standard Quick-Chuck features a 76mm core diameter and supports labels up to 170mm in width. Users can easily control torque and direction directly from the Control Panel. 

Crafted from rugged, heavy-gauge steel, the CAT-40G Rewinder is effortlessly positioned in place, thanks to its robust construction. Special anti-slip feet are incorporated to prevent any unintended movement.
